These modern, comfortable apartments enjoy a central and easily accessible location in the Mitte district of Berlin, just 20 metres from Schwarzkopfstrasse Underground Station. Schoenhouse Living consists of several apartments near the Charité hospital, Bayer Pharma AG, the Military Hospital and German Heart Centre.
Set in a building consisting of 22 studios spread over 6 floors, Schoenhouse Living feature tasteful, modern and high-quality interiors as well as a cosy ambience. All studios are easily accessed by lift.
The renowned Friedrichsstra?e begins just 1.5 km away. Within the immediate surroundings you also find the Berlin Main Station (1 km), Museum Island (2 km), shops (600 metres) and countless bars and restaurants.
Within 10 minutes you can reach Alexanderplatz, the Hackesche H?fe, the Nikolaiviertel district, Gendarmenmarkt, the Synagogue and Berlin Cathedral.

「幸福稅月?親子同樂會」租稅宣導活動－蘋果『龍騎士』兒童劇，今（29）日在新竹縣政府文化局演藝廳上演，只要用發票即可兌換入場券到場觀賞，吸引將近一千多位觀眾；縣長邱鏡淳表示，所募集到的發票，將全數捐助給新竹縣各公益慈善團體，讓愛心無限延續。

邱鏡淳強調，希望透過舉辦兒童劇的方式，讓親子一同來看表演並參與租稅宣導活動，藉此傳達捐發票做愛心的理念。
表演結束後，主辦單位透過有獎徵答跟抽獎的方式宣導稅務工作；另外場外也有許多宣導攤位好康活動，精美宣導品包括有「捐發票兌好禮活動」、「親子租稅扭蛋樂」、「申辦手機條碼兌好禮活動」、「下載竹縣稅Happy go APP 兌好禮」及「國稅局宣導攤位」等，寓教於樂充滿意義。
藝人唐從聖與綜藝大哥徐乃麟先前爆發國罵事件，兩人錄製《天才衝衝衝》的時候，因唐從聖以「輸不起」狂酸，徐乃麟克制不了脾氣以一長串髒話問候，影片遭華視幕後人員流出引起軒然大波，後以徐乃麟開道歉記者會及深夜致電唐從聖「認錯」作結。事件落幕後，有製作人坦言，「之後應該沒節目敢找他（唐從聖）。」
據《鏡週刊》報導，工作人員私下透露，雖然媒體報導事件當天唐從聖曾到休息室向徐乃麟道歉，但熟知徐乃麟錄影習慣的人都知道，他向來錄完都會直接離開攝影棚，怎麼會有這一段呢？不僅如此，唐從聖錄完當天，還私下向節目製作人抱怨說徐乃麟太走心了，言下之意似乎說對方小題大作，自己相當無辜，他不但沒有反省自己言行，更沒有尊重徐乃麟是前輩。
知名製作人受訪表示，唐從聖在事件過程開直播哭訴，因為這個行為，未來恐怕不會有節目敢找他，「他從以前就給人奸巧的感覺，只挑自己想上的通告參加，現在又發生這種事，大家都會小心吧。」也有部分經紀人認為，他的哭訴直播根本自掘墳墓，感覺是為了吸引網友關注和同情，令人很難欣賞他的做法。
